We will study two conjectures of effective non-vanishing for the group of global sections of a line bundle on a variety of dimension 3 (the conjecture of Beltrametti-Sommese and the conjecture of Ionescu-Kawamata). We will give an application to the minoration of Seshadrìs constants.
