The post-doc position is in Algebraic Geometry, and more specifically in the area of "Moduli Spaces" (broadly intended).
The maximum duration of the post-doc position is 3 years, subject to an evaluation at the end of each year.
Candidates are expected to have a PhD degree in mathematics or to
be close to getting it.
The expected date of beginning of the post-doc position is the 1st October 2013.
The annual gross salary is 22.820 € (which, after taxes,
corresponds to approximately 1.500 € per
month).
The
examination process will be divided in two steps: an evaluation of the
CV/List of publications/Research project and, for the selected
candidates, an oral interview (possibly on skype).
