All the participants (apart from the committee and main speakers) are kindly requested to fill out the registration form using one of the following procedures:

2) download the form here and send it back by fax or e-mail.

The deadline for registration is March 31, 2004.

There is a registration fee for all the participants (apart from the committee and main speakers). It will be used to cover the organizational expenses for the conference as well as for the conference dinner. It should be paid at the registration desk of the conference, upon arrival. The registration fee is 100 Euros, with a special rate of only 25 Euros for students and other unemployed participants.
