The Roman Number Theory Association was created by Marina Monsurrò, Francesco Pappalardi and myself in the spring of 2015. Its main objectives are:
  • The development of Number Theory
  • Organisation and funding of conferences on topics related to Number Theory.
  • Award scholarships and grants for activities in the areas of interest of the association.
  • Organisation and funding of scientific and educational activities in Developing Countries (as defined by the Commission for Developing Countries of the International Mathematical Union)
  • Grant scholarships and grants for activities in the areas of interest of the association for researchers and students from countries in the developing world.
To this goals we collaborate to many activities in developing countries such as CIMPA school, Seams school and Wams school we also run the Nepal Algebra Project . Since 2015 we organise a yearly meeting in Rome, the The Mini Symposium of the Roman Number Theory Association.
